Greetings fellow health seekers

Hey there! Welcome to my little place! I've started this blog to chronicle my healthy weight loss. Seven years ago, I lost 100 pounds with no drugs or surgery. I've been writing up how to tips with diet recipes, food swaps and ideas that worked and didn't work for me. I made a lot of mistakes and had some success. If any of that can be of use to you, I'm happy to share. 

Just so you know, I'm shilling no product here. The only thing I'm "selling" is the idea that if you want to get healthier, you can! I just offer some "food for thought", if it can be of help to you. 

There will be a lot of what I call "reals" and feels--real, honest talk about the ups and downs of the journey. And the mental and emotional part-- cuz mind, body, heart and soul all work together (or should) in weight loss as in every other area of life. We'll also explore life context, the why and how of weight gain, obesity and related health issues. 

Oh, and this isn't an exclusive club for dieters. If you are struggling to gain weight, there's a place at my table for you. With so many of overweight, those who are underweight sometimes feel excluded from the conversation. But your concerns are just as valid. And the good news is that the path to healing is very similar.
